We have ordered silver but I saw a white one go by the other day that looked great. I must admit to being really surprised at how good the white did look.

The white looks good in bright sunlight, you get more of that in Aus, the UK is not the same, and I have not seen a white one yet.

I've seen a few white ones on the transporters from Gaydon. Must admit I do like the white as well.
Best place for colour choice is to go have a mooch around Gaydon if you get the chance. Car parks full of every LR in every colour. Much easier than messing around at the dealers with those wall chart thingies!!
There is also an X5 colour that looks like a cross between Steel Grey and Bronze which might look very good on the Disco. Do we have Autobiography or whatever it's called for the Disco yet??

In that case, it doesn't matter what colour it is, does it?!!!
White is the new black. All the Sheik's are ordering their RR Sports in white these days - reminds me of all those Eseex-boy white XR3i's back in the 80's with white windscreen wipers!!!2005 Disco 3 TDV6 7 seater. Leather, DVD, fully colour-coded.

Perhaps this explains the popularity in recent years of silver cars, and 4x4's in particular - Silver is very good at disguising the dirt!2005 Disco 3 TDV6 7 seater. Leather, DVD, fully colour-coded.

That's why we bought a white one - LR's are supposed to look muddy aren't they !
What's all this wimpy talk of washing - don't you guys have anything better to do at weekends? All sounds a bit Surrey to me (sorry all you Surreyites, but I used to live there too!)
Seriously, I think white looks good, and it's certainly the most popular colour in hot countries. The aircon working less even reduces the fuel consumption.
