Having purchased my Disco 3 as a used vehicle from a 'business type' lady it has low miles, immaculate interior, never seen a bit of turf etc, etc. It does have one fault however. As a manual vehicle it has significant 'scuffing' on the gear knob where her rings have clearly been rubbing. The silver detailing has been erased to reveal scratched black plastic.
Is it possible to simply remove the gear knob and replace it with a landrover/aftermarket one?

You can get em, search the forum as there has been plenty on here about buying and fitting them.
Contact The large one on the forum (Nick) he would be able to supply one, think they were about £30 or so
follow this link to find him http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic35568.html I have something to say! It's better to burn out... than to fade away!

I got one from Nick last week. It was under £20 if i remember rightly. Easy replaced, just keep your face well clear when you pull it off.
