My 06 model had one. It was registered Nov 05. It's just been swapped out, registered Mar 30, and this does not have one. Dealer explained that it's been ditched. As per the rear number plate, the front is attached with double sided sticky pads. Problem with this is that the contor of the bumper does mean that not all the surface of all of the pads is stuck to the number plate. But I think it looks better without the plinth. Gavin.

NOT GOT ONE 55 plate reg feb 06 , but do look nice so will get one
any one got a part num L R penny pinching again,£4 you say yea
I have never gone in a dealers and not come out at least £30 lighter Practice safe eating - always use condiments.
