I have had the unfortunate experience of having a head-on in my D3. :( A Nissan Sanie decided to take a blind corner on the wrong side of the road and well, no more Sani (had to leave on a low bed) and R 125 000 damage to my beauty (driven to the panelshop). Funny thing is, you can barely see the damage to mine if you look at photos, no chassis issues and the main damage is what was caused by the airbags. Lesson from this, size and weight DID play a role, all in my favour! Unfortunately its now a fight to get the insurance to pay proper money for proper work!!! :censored:

horrible! But rather a bit of damage to your D3 than to yourself
The worst is waiting for your baby back - I had 8 weeks to wait (NEVER use PT paint & panel)
Make sure you use an LR approved body shop, and you should be ok
