I don't think so, Tonga is a relatively dark green, isn't it? It definitely wasn't as light as Arctic Frost. When I checked later, the only colour I could see that was close was Keswick Green. Was that ever available on a D3?

if i was buying new, i'd choose white, always liked them in white, always thought LR's look good in white, nothing to do with white being in vogue at the moment, have always liked it,

you see alot of D2's and 1's in white, very UN.

saw a pair of retired oldies hanging it out on the a30 a few weeks back in a new 09 white d3. looked SOOOO nice..

Probably academic now because of my non-photographic memory. Unless that was YOU parked in the Castle car park in Ludlow sometime in June and you can confirm the existence of a D3 in a mid green!

If you look at the LR website, Keswick does look like traditional Landy green, but at the dealers (while I was playing with a brand new FFRR and D4 yesterday at their invitation), there was a swatch of it that was definitely a mid grey-green colour.

Agree re. white - it looks good. You don't see many in white (except in Dubai and ex-HA!).

Katie Price / Jordan apparently drives a white FFRR - enough to put me off I'm afraid!

D3/4's look best in lighter colours - the third row windows get lost in the darker colours and the profile suffers badly in my opinion - strangely I think its lost MORE when windows are NOT tinted Neutral

I have been all the way through the colour choices, and although I think the almond interior looks great it would always be a pain to keep looking clean and fresh, especially with the light carpets which would stain. I have therefore gone for the Zermatt Silver, which although is fairly common looks very smart. This comes with the ebony interior, and as I'm getting the HSE it is the premium leather version.

Zermatt is also slightly blue which I like better than the original silver.

Overall I will have a smart car for business and a practical one for the muddy days.

Most of the cr*p in my car is from the car park at the sailing club, an old sand/gravel pit... I figure that sand on sand carpets should be quite a good combination Smile
