I was stationary at red lights and the RX400h just ran into the back. "Sorry my foor slipped" was the mitigation.
Damage looks limited to the treadplate on the top of the bumper, which seems to have popped out and some denting to the bumper itself including a cracked reflector. Hopefulll that's all, but on the bright side there were no injuries to either me or the other driver, although visibly his damage looked a tad more ££.D3 HSE V8...

Hmmm, my neck has been a bit stiff since
Think it'll be compensation enough waiting the insurance company to find a like-for-like mota to replace mine whilst its in the bodyshop. Oh dear, maybe they'll have to up-spec me as apparently I have to have a V8.
Don't think the guy driving it cares a jot about the green issues - it was a company car and he was an employee of Toyouta GB - kinda got the impresssion it was forced on him... but my beef is why force it up the rear end of my car!!D3 HSE V8...

Would a towbar have bend your chassis when you would be hit from the rear?

Even if the idiot had damaged the chassis, it would have just been added to the bill.

The chassis in that area is strong
You can get parts for the rea of the chassis to weld in but not the front as it happens? Must show all D3's are hit from the back with the exception of mine
