Question about the airbags in the front seats - Do they only deploy in a side impact or do they deploy in a head on tip?
I've managed to get a pair of HSE seats but the passenger one has seen better days and I'm abit suspicious as to why the airbag didn't deploy A happy childhood ... is the worst possible preparation for life.

I have a question also, concerning LR3 or RRS seat airbags.
Does anyone have any photos of the seat after the airbag has deployed?
Can the seats be repaired & new airbags fitted or are they writen off.
Regards,
Steve

The stitching in the seat gives way so the bag can deploy, so it would need a new airbag and the seat re-stitched. I also think all the airbags on at least the same side would deploy so new bits of trim as well?
Not sure waht the cost would be be but for most it would be an insurance job. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
