What good service you get from them. I had to call in in August when we were on holiday in the area because the the fuel filler cap was not behaving itself. They fixed it while I waited, offered plenty of coffee. Now back from holiday had an invite from them to the launch of the D4 and this weekend an offer to call in and have a free software check to see if the car is up to date with the latest. Unfortunately with a 9 hour down it is not an option. Had nothing from my local dealer in Elgin offering either. Some dealership need to learn from others about customer relations.

I use their branch in Lincoln, and cannot fault them so far. They are always willing to match a competitive quote, and are happy to let you have a Discovery with towbar as a service loan car if you need it, but best of all offer a free wash and hoover out to customers vehicles if you take it in on a Saturday!! Must stop buying shiny toys....
