I phoned them om Tuesday this week to see about a new D4 and a possible test drive , the receptionist said all sales staff were busy and they would ring me back asap......Guess what.................................still waiting to here from them, credit Crunch or not cant be doing with sloppy sales teams. Steve went there a couple of weeks ago to get some work done...booked in over the phone told them dont need a loan car take a nice day walking around Chester,but need the car back around 4pm...No probs....
Day comes drop car off (early)...told 6 cars in front of you can't guarantee 4pm....WOFT
