Tailgate wouldn't open on Monday. Searched on the forum and found what the problem was (rear tailgate latch) Considered spending £22 and fitting myself but thought I'd introduce myself to the Lancaster service department. Rang Doug and he asked me the right questions and got it booked in today. Was fixed in an hour while I waited and cost me just under £90. Thought that was very reasonable compared with some of the quotes from other threads.

Only niggle was that I wanted to have a good look at the D4 but they didn't have any in the showroom. So had a peak at a few sitting outside.

Also very impressed when Ian in Sales remembered me from 9 months ago when I started my search for a car.
