Not been driving around with your front or rear fog lights on have you?
Thats one thing I'm often flashing and shouting at other drivers for.

My thoughts exactly. Especially if they're retrofitted. Had someone in a Wiltshire village slow down to 5 mph in front of me, continually tapping the brakes and then speeding up because they thought my retrofitted Xenons were on full beam and blinding them.
Good thing i didnt put full beam on, otherwise the 4 Piaas on the rack and the 2 spots on the a-bar would've BBQ'd there eyeballs.
