Fit climate control

Hi I have a 2005 disco 3 commercial in Ireland(I think its a base or gs converted to commercial) I want to fit cruise control and climate control if possible. Someone told me I can replace the standard heater control unit with the climate control unit! Is this true as the person who told me was trying to sell me it? and also do I change the steering wheel for a one with controls and get it set up for cruise? What about fitting insrument cluster with info display what do i need? is the Wiring already there?

Wow.......

Big ask that - cruise control no issue as many have done it including me !!!. No need to change the steering wheel to acheive this.

Other stuff sound a bit more serious - PM Wiggs ???
