Morning All

I want to start recording my laning etc. I don't own any recording equipment so wanted to know what people on here would recommend including mounting options.

Thanks Thumbs Up

I got myself one of these. http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/atc5000.html

But if you look through the site you will find various types of cameras and hard drive recorders.

The other type i have is a bullet cam from http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/cameras.htm

Though you require a Video In on your camcorder to use one of these & a roof mount to fix it to. Then anything is recorded directly onto a DV tape.

I have one of these : http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/mini-dvr-2-helmet-camera.html

Fantastic bit of kit. With various mounts - use it on motorbike, D3 and Mountainbike all with great results. Just have to remember not to listen to Abba or worse still, sing along Whistle

I have the Oregon ATC2000 modified with a standard 1/4 inch mount nut on it.

It can go on my Monsterpod on the dash (as can my digicam) or a mount I have permanently fitted to one of the roof rails.

I use an HD Flip Mino video camera, with a suction-cup mount that allows mounting on any smooth surface.

Quality is killer, easy to use, easy to edit on the computer.

Here are a few samples:
