I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

GaryWelcome "Lola"
I had a call from the suppliers today. The good news is the ropes I need to bring to Yeovil are all done and I'll collect tomorrow afternoon. The bad news is, I may have to wait until next week to collect the remaining ropes.
I think it only affects the 10m ropes, but will know more tomorrow night.LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

D4 gone, missed but replaced with a 110 Puma.
PM sent to all those folks who have asked for D3 Courier to the SE area with suggested drop-off arrangements. Well, I say "all" but for some reason a couple of them are having to be contacted by other means

Right chaps, pay attention
I'm picking up a bunch of ropes on Saturday for:
Lespes - Guernsey??? Really?????
Quantumjohn - Dartford area
drmcw - Reading
J - Reading
Johnny boy - Collecting from my place
BigCarpChaser - Reading
Spooky - Gosport
JamesG01 - Worthing
NeilD - Purgatory (Aldershot)
MartinR - Abingdon
Also for onward delivery to Lux:
JFLux
NJF
Charles
And finally there's one for Guy - not sure if I'm taking this one and if so where to?
I'm thinking the best bet will be to arrange to meet BigCarpChaser in Reading next Friday afternoon OR Neil early on Monday morning (about 6:45-7:00am early.....) and drop the ropes off for
J
drmcw
NeilD
MartinR
BigCarpChaser
I'll meet up with Quantumjohn around Bluewater neck of the woods - Monday evening might be good?
JamesG01 and Spooky - Depends on if I can drop off the Reading area ropes with Neil on Monday or not. If I can, then I'll come down to Worthing and then on along the coast next Friday afternoon. If not, it may have to be the week after (w/c mon 8th)
Can you all let me know if the above proposals work for you please? Lespes and Guy, can you let me know the what/where etc that would work for you please?
Cheers
Al
Posting here on the offchance that PM inboxes are full. Would prefer if the replies are kept to PM so I can keep it all in order and not lose the reply in amongst other posts I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
All the ropes due to go to Yeovil tomorrow and on to SE, Scotland, Luxembourg etc via NoDo$h & Sarumlight have been received and are in the D3 ready for the off bright and squirely - see you guys there.
Those of you you ordered only a 5m rope and DHL courier, it should be with you Wednesday - I've sent a PM to confirm this. Tanters & mzplcq, yours will be dropped of in Birmingham on Thursday am - you also have a PM waiting for you.
If you haven't had a PM from me confirming delivery it means your rope(s) hasn't been made yet and will be in the next batch - my apologies for that but it appears that the old boy who does the braiding has been on his own this week and so couldn't complete the order in time. He only works Tuesday-Thursday , but then he is 70+
I'm hoping to get the remaining ropes next Friday/Saturday but will confirm Thursday once I've had chance to speak with their boss when he's back from hols.LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
