Only -17 here right now, but yesterday I was at my uncles place and experienced -42. We actually had to put our jackets on.

Unplug the waste pipe from the boiler and drain it into a basin or bucket, rather than into the soil waste pipe, which is probably what is frozen - should let the boiler start up and do its thing. Been happening to ours for the last 2 weeks. No longer a D3 owner but still subscribed to multiple threads!

Oh, and -14 in Perth this morning according to the missus. Compared to a sunny and balmy 0 in London at the moment, which is where I am.No longer a D3 owner but still subscribed to multiple threads!

Nobby
Done that (well ripped pipe out of soli pipe) but sadly not before daughter rang me at work to inform me (a) going out with mates and (b) water dripping through light socket in utility room and all electrics had packed up - basically condensation had condensed and backed up the pipe until it found easy route down
Boiler now working, electrics now working - just got hole in ceiling
-7oc positively warm by some standards.

-15 here at 10.00 rocketed to -11 by 14.00. And today is the first time my FBH has decided not to work .
Engine fired first time then immediately stopped. Took eight tries before it would keep running, ran on what sounded like 3 cylinders for a few seconds before normal service was resumed. And my airbag warning light has come on!!!
