Rigid parcelshelf
Does anyone know if there's an LR or aftermarket rigid parcelshelf cover (loadspace protector) for the D3?
The factory one doesn't seem to hold too much weight on it as it's suspended between fixing points...
Thanks!

Never seen one, but I would be interested in one if you could find something able to take a decent amount of weight.D3 HSE MY05 Auto

18mm ply or MDF seems to be the 'shelf' of choice......
A couple (inc Wiggs and Bobbycrispbox) have doen some on here. There was also a neat one from a guy in Canada I think Bodsys Brake Bible

ISTR it's a straight cut (I used a 600mm wide sheet) & held it down to the 'ledge' with velcro.
I then added a few lashing rings to the mdf sheet.Long succession of Disco's since 2001...

Someone fitted a FFRR P38 rear shelf, I am sure it was on here somewhere, can't find it at the moment.

Sorry Stu, no pics to hand (& the shelf isn't stored here)
I think it was just a straightforward rectangle. I kept it 600wide to leave easier access to the bottom level, but kept the original parcel shelf in place under the mdf. (so the rear edge of the shelf butts up to the original roller blind holder)
interestingly mdf is a very close match for Alpaca Long succession of Disco's since 2001...

Built a Box (No front / back) so that way we still have access to the side lockers hole in the floor for access to spare wheel winch
Small lip to stop things damaging the rear window and a packing net from top of Dog Guard to the lashing eyes on the lip
