Once your order is in the LR system, the estimated delivery date will be generated. There are many factors that influence this.
I would suggest that you leave your order as is, and once the dealer confirms the estimated delivery date, then ask him to add the adaptives and see if it makes any difference to the date. At this stage it is most unlikely to. But get the confirmation from the dealer first. Changes to spec can usually be made up to three weeks before the vehicle gets locked into the build programme without any impact on delivery date....unless you want something that they don't have the bits for. Adaptives headlights do not appear to be in short supply.
As to the lack of response, this could either be a failure on the dealer's part to contact you, or simply that LR have not provided the information yet.
