Service costs for a D4

Ordering my D4 on Tuesday 

What sort of servicing cost should I expect assuming it’s the same as D3.
Do I need to start saving now Smile

Not to bad - about £150 ay dealers - brake pads ect more - I used to have a Merc C class - no real difference in costs
