First time I've used him, and as of now whilst we've got the car it won't now ever be going anywhere else! On time, polite,job done properly, made us aware of some issues for warranty work and did some bits over and beyond the call of duty.
Very impressed.

I just wanted to add to this thread.
Iain came to me in the sleet of half term and carried out a 4 year service plus fitting of electrics for towbar.
All done very professionally and pointed out some warranty work that I have been able to get Tesco to pay for - luckily since it expires on Friday.
Anyway, thanks again Iain! See you next year.

the fact of being on time does stand out from the crowd of people taking care of our D3's (stealers are never there lol)
