Last Frday I sent a e mail(via their their web site) to Lancaster (Welwyn)LandRover(formaly Pilling welwyn)Requesting their price for the 2nd servive on my 08 XS.At the same time sent a e mail to TFC(IAIN).Iain replyed the same evening.As of last night no response from Lancaster.So no guessing who is comming south to service my D3.What is the point of dealers having a contact us prompt and then at worst ignore,or no one having responsability(webmaster)to monitor in comming e mails.If thats their attention to detail.What chance a good service.

It is a bit of a disappointment that an email link doesn't seem to be pointing to the correct department quite yet but as we are still in the throes of new ownership I can only apologise and put it down to teething trouble.

However I can get you booked in for your second service for £399 if you would rather get it into us for a thorough going over and any software upgrades/modifications done at the same time? (Never seen so many...)

Any one else picked up on all these software upgrades?The fuel pump and brake servo pipe already done ,I've not picked up on any more on the site.Think I will stay with Iain this year. Neutral Just when I thought I knew all lifes answers they went and changed the bloody questions

Does your VIN qualify for Height Sensor modification? ...or alternatively get your Genuine bits here!
