Fitting front parking sensors
I picked up my D4 GS in September and it didn't come with the front parking sensors fitted. I am now beginning to appreciate just how useful these could be - is there any option to get them fitted now? I realise there are some after-market sensor options but I was wondering if a dealer would provide a service to fit the LR ones now? I appreciate the cost of this would not be anywhere near as cheap as standard after-markets.
Has anyone else done this with their D4?
Thanks!

They cab be retro fitted on D3's but am not sure if anybody has done them on a D4 yet, look up the D3 thread and it may give you a clue where the wiring could be, you can then check and see if it is in the same place on the D4 MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Are the lr front sensors on a switch or connected all the time, I have some off my old d2 but they are constantly live not that it's a big problem not many people will be walking in front unless I'm parked up with engine running

I had some aftermarket sensors fitted before I took delivery. The switch is located on the front of the cubby box:
I am now getting used to remembering to turn them on when I need them, they beep at you if you forget to turn them off. They were colour coded and do not seem to show up too badly:
I don't mind the hassle of the switch, it was an awful lot cheaper than upgrading to the bright pack and parking sensors. I also did my own tinting and that worked out cheaper that the LR option.
Cheers

It was done by my local dealer Barratts of Ashford, they quoted £200 but I paid less as part of a fuller package of accessories.
Cheers

Thanks Andrew
On the lower picture (external view of the front of your Disco) whereabouts are the sensors located? It must be a good match 'cos I can't see them at all!
