Well i booked the old boy into Guava for some recall work to be carried out, this is not my normal service center, but having read positive feedback on the site i thought i would give it a go!
Arrived at ten to eight, (opens at eight) so i decided to have a butchers around the forecourt and to drool at all the nice motors that were there, and to think if only!. But what depressed me even more was where they were to be shipped, every country from outer Mongolia to Afghanistan.
And, if they can sell them there, what am i doing wrong!!
A eight o'clock the doors were opened and i was greeted by the guy who mans the front desk (sorry i don't know his name) i then booked the car in for its recall work, i also asked them if they could have a look at my brake calipers and advise me if there is a chance of warranty work being carried out on them, as they were all very rusty, and the car is only 2 years old.
3 hours later, all the recall work was completed, and to my surprise they cleaned all the rust of the calipers, cleaned all the contacts and the sensors. and then painted the calipers with a nice coat of black brake paint. all at NO cost to me.
Well done Guava. Recommended.
I suppose to ask for a valet would be taking the p***. Keep up the good work.

I've used Guava a few times now and also found them very good. They told me they could ONLY sell LR's abroad as that was deal with the franchise and Hunters down the road. Funny to see all that LHD stock! 2005 D3 HSE
