Mrs RSKs D4 had to go in for the D4 enhancement prog - see http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic47077.html
As with the buying experience so the service experience was extremely positive. Driver came to the collect the car (despite the fact that we are 50 miles north of London) did the enhancement in a day and Jeremy from the sales team delivered it back to us that very same evening.
In addition to the update somebody who shall remain nameless (but looks like me  ) had pranged one of the wheel arches which required a new one to be supplied, painted and fitted.
Despite being a London based dealer the chaps accomplished this for £100 less than the local dealer quoted (when I chased after he failed to ring back as promised) - I'll let you guess which large national dealer group he represents 
So all told another big  for our site sponsors.

Thanks very much RSK, glad you were looked after! I guess we'll blink, summer will be over and it'll need it's 1st service! 
Have you noticed any difference in driving characteristics since the RP was carried out?
