SUPERMANS POST AT THE BEGINNING SAYS HES JUST BOUGHT A METROPOLIS.
MY FRIEND TOO HAS JUST BOUGHT 1, AND IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE SUPERMANS.
MY FRIEND HAS SMOKED ALLOYS, THE BADGE ON THE BACK AND THE CENTRE CONSOLE SURROUND IS IN BRIGHT SILVER ON ALL METROPOLIS'S.
SUPERMANS HAS NONE OF THESE, HE HAS HSE WHEELS, A TDV6 BADGE ON REAR (which suggests its a base model) AND HIS CONSOLE SURROUND IS AN IMMITATION DARK WOOD.
ANY 1 ELSE AGREE WITH MY FINDINGS.

The Metropolis is based around the HSE and from what I can see of Supermans motor ....it's certainly a HSE......... as for the Metropolis extras ...oh yes I can see most of them too
Don't forget that as 'the customer' you can still change things like dash finishes, and wheel finishes if you wish....basically you can change what you like....you can even de-badge if you wish.
Can I recommend that if you want to 'win friends and influence people' on this site then there are two distinct things that you don't do.
1. Don't disrespect other people or their motors...especially when you obviously don't know what you are talking about.
2. Stop typing in capital letters ....as everyone thinks you are SHOUTING at them.

Agree Rich its based on an HSE and not a base: look at Steering wheel Pass Cup holder, Adapt Headlights & Hi Fi. Also SM did an eariler thread re maple trim

factpry built. ey come in three colour in the UK silver bring one of them. T badge came later from the comp that makes the brouchures. Yes it has the waistline trim must be difficult to see in the picture.
Oh and in the UK they do not come as standard with the shadow wheels.

Having owned an HSE for a year, and that certainly looks like an HSE to me. And, you can't see the seat adjusters, 'casue they are lower than that photo shows.
I don't know, there's some kids who just can't seem to play nicely.Have a nice day!

I agree with you simon must be a relation of nicknick. probably shouting because he gets ignored in his day to day life. funny how nicknick disappeared and this ???? pops up over the same issue or is it Mr melrose being smart (or trying to be).
