Bluetooth is now seamless. Ringtone Audio through LR Speakers. Receiving calls is now the way it should be, just a push of the button. VM works everytime... Finally nice having a $64K car with a working bluetooth! Download today! 2011 FFRR HSE LUX

This statement just confirms that it was the phone with the issue and not the $64k car's bluetooth all along 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I had the very same thing happen to my standard 3GS last night, for the first time ever, after upgrading to ios4. It took ages to reset too. Thoroughly enjoying my landrovers in the southwest.

What I don't understand is my wife's just got a little Citroen DS3 (£20K motor) and my old 3G iphone connected immediately, full address book, recents, caller display signal strength etc all displayed and available on her steering wheel with hands free bluetooth built in. If other manufacturers can do it why do LR find it so hard?

seems this is aglobal issue,, there are literally thousands of 3gs owners on the mac site going bananas with calls being cut off betwreen 5 and 10 mins,, some of them are doctors and one is even a call response for a childrens charity call centre type thingy (like childline) where kids think she is hanging up on them,,,
If you've not updated yet would recoment you don't at the moment,
apple still havetn even acknowledged the issue,, but apple stores are having to swap out phones for those with applecare or in warranty..
it's a pain in the backside,, i've now had pretty much every call over 5 mins cut off... not very profesional one wife.......livid

Upgraded to iOS4 last week and used my handset for the first time today in the D4. Used it a lot and it's a hundred times better. Rings in the car as it should, answers with the steering wheel control or the touchscreen and the audio is routed to the car straight away..................and NO dropped calls. 2011 D4 Landmark, Mini Cooper SD Clubman, Range Rover Vogue SE
