Hi,
I asked my local dealer about 2 weeks ago for the price on cycle carrier and they quoted £250ish for carrier and about £150ish for the tow bar bracket that bolts onto the vehicle behind panel on bumper. Not exact prices I know but hope it helps.

The price for the cycle carrier sounds right as according to the price list I have (which is from late 2005) the cycle carrier was £235. You would also need the multi height tow bar to use this which retailed at £247 in 2005.

So this won't work with the plug in tow bar that I have? ie I would not be able to tow caravan with bike rack in place?

If I had multi height tow bracket, would I be able to tow with cycle carrier in place?

The LR bike rack only works on the multi-height tow bar, not the swan neck detachable one. It will allow towing and carrying of bikes.

If you have the removable towbar then you're restricted to Maxxraxx- and they are having / have had 'production issues' with the swan neck adapter.
