There's an Expedition rack on eBay - been after one for ages- and unfortunately Dickgriff's beaten me to it!

Silly money - £300ish?
There was one went for around the £250 mark in May- just before I got 'approval' to buy a rack (after a bad-tempered 'discussion' with senior management whilst trying to pack 5 of us and full camping gear into the car. Let's just say that I'm glad the children are small & have short legs, because there was stuff piled up in the footwells above seat level...)
Never mind- I'll just have to keep on looking. If I recall, they are around the £600 mark new, which is way too expensive. Even the roof rails plus a decent roof box is going to cost us a good £350 odd, which seems ridiculous to this tight git. Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue

When the kids develop longer legs, trade them in for a fresh batch of little uns! If I was them I'd be demanding that the front passanger footwell was filled to the same level as their footwells. Then you'd get your "management approval".

PASSANGER footwell only! Mind you drivers side could be so filled, use cruise control & poke stick through for brakes. If you have a manual might be more interesting. Both driver & front passanger could have feet out of front side windows as often seen on the continent. 8)
