Warn spot lights on my expo rack

Bow down Bow down Can anyone advise me please on how to change the bulbs on the Warn spot lights........

Also i would like to upgrade the bulbs to 160/90 watt h4 type Razz are they ok? and can the electrics handle it Thumbs Up
