I have some official shots of me in my defender from 2 years ago - through the axle twister, all 4 wheels stayed on the floor! Bit different to the D3! Good job it has susdo lockers on the diffs
But some nice shots James. I should have come down! Mark.

Not looking forward to cleaning all the crap out, that's for sure!
D3 coped very well - bloke in an X reg 110 infront of me was struggling with a fair amount of the course where the D3 just cruised through ( expert at the wheel I must add )

was good fun! there were plenty of D3's there and the marshalls I spoke to on the red sections were impressed with how many people were taking their D3/RRS and FFRR's on the red routes!2014 D4 XS

When I was watching the axle twisters, the only cars to regulaly get through with no problem were the D3's. Even the marshals said they were boring.
I was surprised how many modified Landies needed some assistance.

Traction control reigns supreme in those axle twisters
Without it you need lots of suspension travel, much more pace and you have to pick your line much differently, D3 makes it look easy.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
