Advice on pricing for sale

Thinking of selling - but really struggling to nail down a price. Depending on where you look at the minute the prices vary wildly - I guess the demand for them as winter looms into view is forcing the range of prices.

Any advice on here greatly appreciated - thinking will offer for sale on the forum in the first instance for the site fund donation.

Car is 2008 XS, Leather seats, PTI and voice recognition.
Carins Blue.
52,000 miles.
New leather (smooth) steering wheel.
Side steps (Minor damage) Embarassed But only cosmetic.
Mats throughout and loadspace protector.
4x4 info enabled.
4 scorpions with a good deal of tread left on them.
Full size XS spare wheel.
RLD Wheel protector.
Full Dealer history.
Good clean car inside and out - other than one minor Tesco door prang - easily repaired.

Car in sound condition - been used as a commute vehicle and people carrier - not used off road Embarassed

What do we think on price?

Purely for financial reasons - will be gutted to give up the D3 - but just agreed Mrs_Manc will not go back to work after Manc Jnr #2 arrives shortly - also figure that prices will be propped up in the next couple of months as people want them for the winter.

£17,790 - We buy any car, through to

£21,860 - What car


Would it sell at the top end? Is this realistic - do these prices reflect the recent market uplift? Could it be higher? or is htis over optimistic?
