I have been using Greased Lightnings Showroom Shine and found that it gives an excellent protective coating and shine. You don't even have to wash your vehicle first if you couldn't be bothered, just spray it on or put it on with a micro fibre cloth and rub it off with a micro fibre cloth, no scratches. They show a demo where a car is cleaned using Showroom Shine, then sprayed with paint, allowed to dry and then polished of with Showroom Shine. Apparently a lot of the Mercedes garages usit it to bull up there cars.
