Hi all!
i need to replace my two front tyres after vandalism, do i have to replace the tyres to the same spec as the rears? [the rears are 295, 45, 20].
could i use 275 45 20 on the front? or would the car look stupid?

275/45s are smaller than 295/45s (as the profile, 45 is a percentage of the width), so 45% of 275 is less than 45% of 295 - get it. So you'd be running two different circumference tyres front and back - dont do it.
a 295/45x20 had a diameter of 773.5 and a circumference of 2430
a 275/45x20 had a diameter of 755.5 and a circumference of 2373
just go and find some 295/45x20's
