FYI, cost of my first service was £340.
The local LR dealer didn't have a Service Plan in operation when I bought the D4 a year ago, but does now and was able to give me a quote for 3 services beginning with Year 2 for £1,694.
I need to check what the combined cost of Year 2, 3 & 4 services is because £1,694 seems rather steep and, in any case, I think the money is better sitting in my bank account rather dribbling away each month.

Yes that is steep! We got our first 4 services for £1100.

My dealer offered 3 years at £1395.01 inc VAT.
I havent taken them up on it as I am wary of what happens if you sell earlier than expected or you get a write off.
