Keyless entry amongst other things
Can keyless entry be switched on for a MY11 D4 GS with one of those funky-clever plug-in boxes people keep mentioning?
Also, based on purchasing a box of tricks, what options do I then have access to?Dr Rick

I've been trying to find some information on this as well. However, i'm pretty sure you'll have to change all the door handles as well, as they contain a button to lock/unlock the doors. Someone correct me if i'm wrong?

Auto keyless operation does require the square lock button in the handles. So, I would say you are right.

There's also a very sensitive touch sensor in the door handles as I've noticed that if you very, very lightly and gently run your finger over the inside thigh of a handle, she opens for you.
