Do a search on the board bud there quite a few posts on this subject, funny enough I have just binned my locking wheel nuts today and fit standard nuts back because mine where getting worn..

One trick is to weld another nut on to it,

bartman, the way I did mine was to remove the alloy outer front edge (the bit that is spinning) carefully with a hammer and screwdriver/chisel. This reveals a splined spigot that you can hammer a 5/8 inch socket on to which I was then able to use to take the broken wheel not off with.

Not happened to me (my lockers are in the parts bin) but my last 2 dealers have both said they will remove broken ones free of charge. My current dealer says they have got pretty good at removing them recently and half a slab of beer helps smooth the way too.
