Warranty Direct have been brilliant with mine. Last year they put through a bunch of claims. This year, I've not had any, and maybe won't... So last year, I won the bet. This year, they will probably win the bet.
Only fault is their communication between departments and paperwork matching phone calls sometimes breaks down. (Like any policy though) make sure that what you agree to on the phone is matched word-for-word in writing. 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

John, U got renewed OK, cost any more with a claims history?? I'd heard that with LR and other CCP policies they would not renew if you has a history. Just what I heard so only as reliable as the grapevine.

my factory warranty runs out in july, i have looked at a lot of different firms offering warranties its getting a bit mind boggling(big print/small print and all the usual b s associated with these sort of things)i am seriously thinking of w/direct as they are getting generally good feedback.what prices are you guys paying?it seems to vary a lot after the first"silly"quote they offer b4 they come back with the "special of the day one"
cheers

Just renewed with Warranty Direct
As it says, my 1st renewal quote arrived.
£672.75 for Extracare for 12 months.
Called them and got them down to £618.93. Got 13 months cover for the price of 12. 30k mileage allowance, immediate wear & tear cover and also airbags and emmissions covered... along with all the usual bits with Extracare. I also asked about European cover - 100 days.
Have had 2 previous claims - settled without any quibbles. I use TFC where ever possible to do the work.

Plus they cover wear & tear, one of the favourite excuses from other insurers.
