I know that the 2.7 engine required a large and rather expensive belt-change service at 105k or 7 years, but is something similar required on the 3.0 lump?
Does it have belts, or did they move to chains for that one? I can't find any information online - the best I found was details of the alternating A and B services up to about 80k. Don't recally any mention of a 'C' (bend over and lube up! ) procedure...

The 2.7 & 3.0 engines are very similar versions of the Ford PSA Peugeot Citroën AJD-V6/PSA Lion engines. The TDV6 Gen III is a 3-litre development of the 2.7-litre engine used in the D3. The new version has twin-sequential turbochargers a Variable geometry turbocharger is used at low engine speeds, with a second standard turbo is brought online at higher engine speeds.
Still needs the same belt change.

Oh.
I thought that might be the case.
