Yes, put it in off road height, then jack it up with the engine running. It will then go into extended mode. If you then press the brake pedal, and hold the height switch into the UP position for a couple of seconds, it will 'bong' and go into super extended stilt mode Thumbs Up

No need to jack up.
Put into off road height. Jam a bit of 4x2 under the chassis rail somewhere and lower to normal height. It will now go into extended height. Now put your foot on the brake and press the 'up' button for five seconds. Thumbs Up

Even easier, drive onto some obstacle (like a kerb) so one wheel is higher than the others. Drop it to access height, where it will hit the bump stops on the raised wheel and bounce into extended Thumbs Up

Once in Super extended, will it stay in it?

On the weekend I was in Super Extended and it stayed in it until I clicked "down", where it went to off-road height.

Yup - I can endorse either of the methods whereby you drop it into Access Mode while having either an axle stand underneath somewhere or having one wheel up on a high curb. However, having said that, mine would never go into Super-extended (although the back end would - just not the front).

Coincidentally, she's in at the Stealer right now having this issue looked at. Predictably, they have phoned to tell me they can't find a problem - Doh!

I think this is just extended, but I tried the trick to go to super extended and it just drove out.

This thread solves a puzzle I encountered at an exhibition in Peterborough this week.

We had to drive our discovery demonstrator's front wheel onto our exhibitors flag base which is only about 3 inches tall...the wind was that bad...during the day one of the delegates was "fiddling" with the height control and when I attempted to get of the vehicle nearly fell over as it was so high!

Wish now I had taken a picture...trouble is I was more concerned with returning the vehicle to it's correct height to continue demonstrations.

Hope you guys have better weather this weekend at Peterborough... Thumbs Up wish I could be there.
