Goodyear MTR's might be available in 19" in OZ

Hi All,

I was reading the current Overlander mag and there is a RRS which they used for a Simpson Desert crossing. The story will be in next month's issue.

Overlander managed to get MTR's 19" from LR UK via LR Aust because Goodyear couldn't help.

Apparently Goodyear have told Overlander now they will bring in the 19" in the future once production recommences as the stock was exhausted by the G4 Challange.

Might be good news for those with 19" rims.

Another Goodyear tyre people might be interested in is the "SilentArmour" series. Came across this in P265/60R18 (30.5") on Goodyear US site, and this suits me, as I'd like to keep the 18" wheels and get something more suited to off-roading than the original HPs without going too hardcore. Anyone know if this size is available in Oz yet?
