Hi - I have a customer who has a Disco 3 that he uses for work - tree surgeon - His D3 Commercial was fitted with detachable towbar that over 2 years has worn out the towbar and the tow bar receiver on the chassis.
Has anyone been told that the detachable tow bar is for " occational use" - He is on towbar no 2 and because the chassis receiver is worn, it too is loose to fit. Clearly an opotion is to fit a heavy duty tow bar that is fixed but that does not solve the problem of the chassis receiver bit being worn.
