Damaged Disco 3
O yes that one. its quite a story.
at the end there is a river crossing a guy in a Kroozer pickup wanted to do. so we planned for any issues and hooked up 2 Disco3's to do a recovery if needed which where in fact needed. Everething went well we got the kroozer recovered and disconnected all the ropes (pofadders) and the 20ton strap linking the 2 disco3's. the kroozer decided he want to be funny and go in again al most rolled over his vehicle in a huge hole in the riverbed so we had to try and get him out ASAP to avoide damage and all of us rushing to get averything hooked up they hooked up the wrong strap without any safety bridals which i did not see and it broke on the second attempt trying to recover him. the last picture is me trying the last 2 times and we eventually got hom out.

So your turbo problems was not caused by glass through the intake:?:
The damage caused be the towrope certainly is a wakeup call

Marias must have been a great trip( ), sorry to see a D3 got injured on account of stupidity of Cruiser driver(slim vang sy baas) its always good to take up the challenge to stop before damage is done. Have you explained somewhere already in more detail the "turbo issue" how did that happen?A few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2

Turbo Damage
oh yes the turbo damage. We got some glass in the intake looks like the most damage was caused by a bolt the stealers dropped into the intake wile doing the fanbelts and waterpump on the lest service.
