LR Website Update
My dealer told me that the LR website will be updated tomorrow so I guess it should be showing the new prices and specs for MY2012, although thanks to certain members on here I suspect we all already know most of what we wanted to know !
My car is due for delivery late Sept so I've ordered a brochure to come through the post from LR and I'm hoping it will be for the 2012MY. I'm all for the interweb, but you cannae beat a hard copy sometimes !!

I'm very happy that the XS is inheriting the HSE alloys from last year !

Don't think much of the 2012 engine tweaks...
Nearly 14 hours to do 45 miles is a bad day even in London!!!

My, they really are messing up the storage areas!
I see [that if storage wasn't bad enough on the D4 versus the D3] the forward slot beside the TR controls has now gone.
Likewise, don't like the alloys!...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Agreed, hate the alloys... and won't those little air-brakes on each fin be facing opposite directions on each side of the car?

LR are certainly pushing the 20" Lamdmark alloys. Those new 19"s are ugly.16 D4 Landmark

Well, so much for the website being updated today. I phoned LR this morning to ask when we could expect to see the updated Disco 4 details (prices, spec, options) on the website (my dealer having told me it would be today).
LR lady said the website will not be updated for "another couple of months" (!) - bizarrely to my mind, they don't update the website until they receive the new brochures and they don't expect to see the brochures for another couple of weeks.
Very disappointing.

They would not need to update their site if they just place a link to this forum

Ha ha - you're spot on there jenzz ! We all seem to know more than some of the dealers !
Anyway latest from my dealership's general manager is that the printed brouchure will be available on 26 August, the website being updated on an unspecified date in September.
Not fussed on the twisty gear 'stick' I take it command shift is by flappy paddle only, and where is the TR controlled from I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.
