D4 2.7L TDV6 remap via Superchips Bluefin

Hi Folks,
Has anyone remapped the D4 2.7L with the Superchips Bluefin interface?

I asked Superchips and the response has me wondering if they have!

From my enquiries the only way to remap D4 2.7 is to take the ecu out.....it cannot be down via OBD with bluefin

I'm sure Bell can confirm this

If that is the case, then how can they get away with this?

They openly advertise they can do the D4 2.7L:

Or the 3.0L version for that matter:

When asked, they told me the motors are the same, but the ECU is different. Something is not quite right... Rolling Eyes

I guess it's possible the D4 TDV6 2.7 is the 'old' engine set up as in the D3 but I know for a fact that my neighbour took his D4 3.0 TDV6 to a local superchips dealer who said ecu had to come out of car and take the ecu to Superchips HQ?
