easy to fit and no they wouldnt affect the sides.
bulb is direct replacement. power supply is simply taken from the + and - female spades that push onto the h7 bulb - via 2 male spades on the lead to the ballast. you need to make a 25mm hole underside of the headlight wo fit grommet in and pass cables to and from ballast to bulb/power source
