Anyone able to suggest a sensibly priced reliable carrier - had been pointed to Interparcel.com a while back but on both occassions I have used them I have been let down by a failure to collect the parcel!
Parcel is going from AB to HR1 postcode, <5kg & only 45x30x20cm £50 worth & not breakable!
Was due to be collected supposedly by "Yodel" (apparently the new name for an established carrier?) on Tuesday - no show, and all Interparcel did was to say they had rebooked it for Thursday & then a load of poor-PR response from CS when I complained. Problem is that it's returned goods so seller may not accept them back if it takes much longer.
Any suggestions?
