D4 Rear Lights - LED and Filament?

Please excuse my newbiness..

Do D4's have different rear lights across the range?

Saw a Traffic Womble on the A1 and his D4 had 'normal' filament bulb rear lamps.. no LED ring.

Never noticed before...

Yes, the lower spec D4s do not have the LED Rear Lights. I think that may be the S and GS models but may have changed a bit with the recent changes.

Yes every D4 has LED rears.......

Perhaps the confusion was caused by a sighting of one of the last D3's which had painted front bumpers, look very similar to the D4's....? 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial
