| Offroad Screen + off road sat nav enable for Australia |

Hi Guys,
i have an 05 V8 HSE with Sat Nav and want to enable the off road screen, maps etc.
from reading on this forum i can see that its a relatively easy mod for someone with the right gear etc
is anyone able to point me in the right direction in terms of getting this done?

Hi Guys
This can be done by a dealer or independent using an AUTOLOGIC (or similar) diagnosic system. The menu route to enable the 4x4 screen is:
AUTOLOGIC - DISCO 3 > VEHICLE CONFIG > 4x4 INFO
I had mine done at Franzones in East Perth.

Sorry but wouldn't this function be automatically enabled if you have the screen? TDV6 D3 HSE

The SATNAV screen on my 05 HSE worked fine but the 4x4 info firmware was not implemented when the vehicle was manufactured. I then got my independent service dealer to use AUTOLOGIC to upload the required firmware to the SATNAV to enable the 4x4 info function.
I hope that explains it better  D3 2005 HSE V8 model, snorkel, nudge bar, uprated tow hitch (12T), Goodyear Wrangler MTR (MT) tyres, National Luna battery box, Outback roof-rack, Takla seat covers.
