Hiya guys

There aint no by chance element here

Every ECU fitted on the most bus has its own Power supply conversion circuitry that may be affected by the overall internal temperature of the vehicle.

You may well have been distracted and side stepped into believing that your IHU had a dried out capacitor that was being affected by the overall temperature of the vehicle, but what if this were the case with your TMC module or other.

You need to follow the light and by pass each module on the Most bus in turn to discover the true culprit of your problem..

Still awaiting to have MOST system checked, still having problem but getting by all the time air con is keeping temp down. Hopefully taking it up to Billing show next weekend so Geoff can get his hands on it with an optic loop thingy.

You need to do a hard reset first bud look in the wiki at the top of this page..then it needs to checked to see which ecu is not responding .. I am taking my fibre optic loop cable to the billing show just for this same issue..

Flack Thumbs Up

Well, it's been a while since this thread was posted on but may I ressurect?

What chance have I in tracing and intermittent sat nav and radio reboot?
Can happen on or twice in a journey or not for a day or two.

A relay click or similar with blank screens followed by reboot with clock set back to 00:00. Sometimes everything back to normal, occasionally no control of volume on radio, which remains on when ignition turned off. (fixable by battery disconnection or following random reboot!)

Any ideas please?

I did wonder to start from there, however some of the conversation in the above thread made me hesitate
