Thing is with the Land Rover one if the tail gate lock breaks your up s Censored t creek. With one of these though you can still get in the back by folding the seats down http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Disco...767wt_1344 ps got the added bonus of being easy to fit and take out quick when needed Thumbs Up

@disco duck - yeah but we are already on our second tailgate lock Whistle so fingers crossed! Plus the LR one winds down from 2nd row seat anyway, so easy enough looking at instructions? Question

I was looking at the Travall ones like you linked (half height) as I need it as a load guard not a a dog guard so as long as the wife's 15th pair of shoes does not fly on the nippers head when we go on hols the functional requirements are met. If I can pickup LR one for good price though why not.

You can remove the LR guard from inside the rear seats.

And I had one of those half height guards originally, I found that in order to stop it rattling it had to be wound up so tight on the lower brackets that the boot trim distorted. 2014 D4 XS
