Having driven and towed a caravan with a 53 plate kia sorento for 2 years its time for an upgrade. ideally looking for a pre march 06 Se or hse with sensible miles that has been looked after, budget up to 13 k, hoping to pay around 12. Ideally black or grey with black leather, auto only. Removable towbar and fitted electrics would be preferable. Based in Stockport, happy to travel UK wide to collect.
New to forum and not a techie but will attempt to pm any sellers. Hoping this doesn't end in a financial disaster!

Looks smart, best colour. What's the script with perforated v non perforated leather? what is standard hse spec ?

Earlier HSE's had perforated leather - as did all SE's. Later HSE's had the smooth leather. Perforated seems thinner if that makes sense. I had it on my D3 SE - did nearly 100K in it and seats looked as good as new.
Specs vary with age, but HSE gets sunroof, Harmon Kardon stereo, Auto as standard, enhanced Sat Nav (incl voice command) and 19" wheels, SE similar but Auto, 19" wheels, and Voice command on Sat Nav extra - no sun roof.
Couldnt comment on Sorrento but D3 /4 best car I have ever had.
Where in Stockport are you - also from that part of the world
